About This Episode

Anne-Marie Rabago founded Modern Juris, a legal incubator that she could mold and guide because other incubators were too restrictive. After realizing that many lawyers lacked the practical skills needed to practice law and sustain their businesses, Anne-Marie Rabago filled the void in the market with her own experience. Now, Anne-Marie Rabago teaches lawyers to work with the clients they **want** and to structure their lives to sustain their businesses and later, thrive in business.

Listen to learn:

  • How a legal incubator helps you understand the business of law practice
  • The importance of identifying and declining the wrong clients
  • How to recognize burnout and pivot in your career

We also discuss:

  • How to create a sustainable business instead of a successful business
  • Best career choices if you have a JD and entrepreneur mindset
  • Why proactive problem-solving is more beneficial than reactive lawyering

Anne-Marie Rabago is licensed to practice law in Texas and California.
